This week’s photo takes us back to New York on March 9, just minutes before game time on the stage.  From left to right we have Amy Ezrin, Founder, Sandy Giovese Wines, Partner, The Piedmont Guy: Gina DellaVedova, Vice President, National Sales, Banville Wine Merchants; Board Member Mike Osborn, Founder & Executive Vice President, Wine.com and Wine Industry Faculty Member and Wine Business Consultant Geralyn Brostrom, who developed and organized our session titled Inspiration for Innovation: Innovation is Alive and Well in the Wine Industry.

As in previous years we manned a table and led the panel discussion with our friends and colleagues described above.

Being there gave us the opportunity to share our message about the graduate wine programs and connect with east coast based luminaries, including Elin McCoy.  We shared what could have been 45 minutes together, reminiscing about the feature article that she wrote about our students and alumni a few years ago, as well as the value of a business angle in every wine story.
