WBI Executive Survey #5

This week we share another picture from our annual Executive Survey and Panel Discussion at the Wine Industry Financial Symposium.  The year is 2021, still under the spell of the pandemic, yet emerging to an in-person gathering.

Staff Member Emily Porter organized the survey while Emeritus Faculty Member Liz Thach shared our survey findings on the stage.

I was delighted with the panelists that we were able to recruit to discuss how the survey results were playing out in their organizations.  Everyone knows Heidi Scheid, a longtime leader at her family’s operations on the Central Coast and at CAWG.  Claire Hobday, who at the time was CFO for Peter Mondavi’s operations, was the first alum that we were able to position on the panel.  That tradition has continued in 2022 and 2023.
