I firmly believe that our greatest wins come through our relationships, a truism we discussed recently at a joint gathering of new graduates and alumni from our Wine Entrepreneurship Program.  Longtime friend and mentor Anisya Fritz, proprietor of Lynmar Estate, hosted us for dinner and a guided conversation at the winery.

Each of us took the opportunity to share our biggest wins in the wine industry and overwhelmingly the stories shared involved the people that we know, those who helped us to achieve our goals and create satisfaction in our careers.
