Alumni at the Wine Industry Financial Symposium

This week’s photo features Jessica Link, one of our very first undergraduate wine business alumni, graduating over twenty years ago.  Today she is the President of Davis Estates, a luxury brand located on the Silverado Trail in Calistoga.

Jessica participated in a panel discussion focused on using data to grow sales.  She is passionate about data and not one to coast on the status quo.  She regularly reviews her metrics, makes decisions, monitors subsequent changes and can confidently choose to retain or modify those decisions.  And using external data, she benchmarks her numbers against those of other similarly positioned wineries.

Jessica is a living example of the value of our wine business degrees.  Here she is after the conclusion of their panel discussion, sharing insights with Andrew Adams of Wines & Vines Analytics.
