WBI Executive Survey #7

This week we share another picture from our annual Executive Survey and Panel Discussion at the Wine Industry Financial Symposium.  The year is 2023.  My colleague Nigeria Cole built the survey and managed its distribution to a record-setting number of respondents and from the stage at the symposium she presented our results.

We recruited two of our alumni to be panelists, Maggie Tillman, the next generation of leadership at her family’s Alta Colina in Paso Robles and Alexandra O’Gorman, who most recently ascended to the role of Vice President of Guest Experience across the Foley Family portfolio.

As I’ve shared before, I firmly believe that when we provide qualified people of the next generation the opportunity to present on the stage with us, more opportunities will come their way.  We have been expanding the people who take the stage for more than ten years and the results continue to be demonstrated.

After watching Nigeria Cole’s work on the stage as part of our 2023 panel, a member of the audience put forward her name to speak at the upcoming Sovos ShipCompliant Symposium.  In May, Nigeria will lead a panel discussion and we congratulate her; diligence and hard work pay off.
